Is there really a free trial?

Yes. Every new member gets a full 7-day free trial with complete access to the gym floor and group classes — no card required to start. Just stop by the front desk or book online.

Am I locked into a contract?

Never. All memberships are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We earn your membership every month rather than trapping you in a long-term commitment.

Do you offer 24-hour access?

Staffed hours run 5AM–11PM daily. Pro and Elite members can request a 24/7 key fob for secure round-the-clock access to the strength floor and cardio zone.

I'm a complete beginner. Is Forge for me?

Absolutely. Every new member receives a free onboarding session where a coach walks you through the equipment and builds a starting plan. Our most loved members started knowing nothing.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes — you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year for travel, injury or any other reason, at a reduced hold rate of $10/month.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, we offer a free dedicated member lot with 80 spaces, including EV charging stations and covered bike storage.
